Chautauqua/Arts! Fest

Palmer Lake was the site for the first Chautauqua program in Colorado, and an important part of our history from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. Chautauqua/Arts! Fest includes local history, arts, culture, and a celebration of the outdoors annually in Palmer Lake.
